Welcome to my portfolio
Hi, my name is Marcos Tejada, and I am a biomechanical research engineer at Arthrex in Naples, Florida. I graduated from the University of Florida in May 2022 with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering and minor in biomechanics with the dream of working in the medical device industry. I started full-time work Arthrex in June 2023 within the research department, contributing to the scientific community by leading and executing impactful biomechanical studies. Currently, I am working towards my Master of Science in Applied Biomedical Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University as a part of the Johns Hopkins Engineering for Professionals program.
This website showcases a collection of projects I have completed throughout my time at the University of Florida, as well as during my co-op at Philips, internship at Arthrex, and work as a research engineer. Feel free to explore and learn more about the projects I have contributed to and the experience I have gained along the way.
